Service Warranty

1. Spa packs, Sensors, Topsides, Ozonators, Air blowers, Complete pumps, Pump wet-ends, Valves, Jets, and new PVC plumbing parts are warranted against failure for 1 year from the date of installation. New circuit boards are warranted against failure for 180 days from the date of installation. This warranty includes the cost of replacement parts only.

2. Complete heaters and heater elements are warranted against failure for 90 days from the date of installation. The warranty will be voided for any failed heater found to be coated with chemical residue including but not limited to chlorine, salts, or other minerals.

3. Refurbished, repaired or used circuit boards and rebuilt or used motors and pumps are warranted against failure for 30 days from date of installation. In case of failure within that time, the cost of the used or rebuilt part may be applied as a credit towards the cost of the same, new part.

4. All labor is warranted for 90 days. Glued plumbing repairs are warranted for 1 year from the date of repair.

5. The warranty expressed in sections 1-3 above applies only to parts purchased through Jersey Hot Tub Repair. Parts purchased by the customer and installed by Jersey Hot Tub Repair are specifically excluded from our warranty, however, installation of customer supplied parts is guaranteed to be performed properly.

6. The use of swimming pool chlorine voids all parts & labor warranties.

7. The use of a customer installed chlorine based disinfection appliance, commonly called a “salt generator” or “chlorine generator” will void the warranty on all repair parts & labor.

8. No warranty work will be performed for any customer who is not current in their payment status.


Terms and Conditions

1. Payment on all parts & labor is required upon completion of work.

2. Any check not honored by a customer’s bank will be subject to a $30 fee. If redeposited at the customers instruction, an additional $30 fee will be due each time the check is not honored.

3. After 30 days, any unpaid balances are subject to interest at the annual rate of 18%, retroactive to the original billing date.

4. Should collection procedures become necessary, all collection fees, including but not limited to postage, attorney fees and court costs will be paid by the customer.

5. A customer with an unpaid balance, upon payment of the balance and any late fees and collection costs, will have normal warranty coverage according to our “Warranty” section above, retroactive to the date any work was performed.
