Honestly, we don’t do routine emails hawking our products. If you’re like us, you already receive way too many. We’ve sent out one bulk email in the past 8 years; to remind customers to winterize their hot tubs. But we’re including this link because that’s what your supposed to do when you send out bulk emails.
If several hundred customers tell us they want to receive a newsletter or blog, we can look into it, but we haven’t got anyone to write those, we just have a couple of technicians who fix hot tubs.
So please keep our contact info, we prefer email but have phones also, and if your hot tub starts giving you a hassle, fell free to give us a call.
If you want to make sure you never get a bulk email advising you of a promotion again, just use this email link and we’ll put you on the list of “never email again” customers.
However, we do use email for appointment confirmations, reminders and receipts. The only way you get out of that is if you call someone else to fix your hot tub.
